CumulusMX offers a web based interface. Cumulus is also a good software but way to complicated when one need to adjust the Rain month and Rain year. I tried CUMULUS several times and found it too complicated to adjust the rain date,rain month and rain year so I deleted the piece of crap from my computer.

Have been using VWS but it is no longer being updated. I liked the customisable display. However it only runs on MS Windows and the latest version required Win 7 or higher, which meant acquisition of another computer to run it on as the existing set up used Win XP and everything else has Linux OS installed.
